Business Interruption Insurance Sample Clauses

Business Interruption Insurance. Upon receipt by Company or any of its Subsidiaries of any business interruption insurance proceeds constituting Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds, (a) so long as no Event of Default or Potential Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, Company or such Subsidiary may retain and apply such Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds for working capital purposes or any other purposes not prohibited under this Agreement, and (b) if an Event of Default or Potential Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, Company shall apply an amount equal to such Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds as provided in subsection 2.4A.
Business Interruption Insurance. Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries shall maintain with financially sound and reputable insurers insurance related to interruption of business, either for loss of revenues or for extra expense, in the manner customary for businesses of similar size engaged in similar activities.

Business Interruption Insurance. If Landlord shall so require, Tenant shall, during the Lease Term, keep in full force and effect, a policy or policies of business interruption insurance in an amount equal to twelve (12) monthly installments of Annual Basic Rent and Additional Rent payable to Landlord, together with the taxes on such rent, insuring Tenant against losses sustained by Tenant as a result of any cessation or interruption of Tenant's business in the Leased Premises for any reason.
Business Interruption Insurance. The Company and its Subsidiaries shall maintain with financially sound and reputable insurers insurance related to interruption of business, either for loss of revenues or for extra expense as it relates to the loss of revenues, in an amount deemed to be adequate in the reasonable business judgment of the Company for the 12-month period of each insurance policy, which amount shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, and otherwise in the manner customary for businesses of similar size engaged in similar activities at similar locations.
Business Interruption Insurance. Tenant shall obtain and maintain loss of income and extra expense insurance in amounts as will reimburse Tenant for direct or indirect loss of earnings attributable to all perils commonly insured against by prudent Tenants in the business of Tenant or attributable to prevention of access to the Premises as a result of such perils.
Business Interruption Insurance. During the Occupancy Period, Tenant shall maintain in effect Business Interruption Insurance, providing in the event of damage or destruction of the Premises an amount sufficient to sustain Tenant for a period of not less than one (1) year for: (i) the net profit that would have been realized had Tenant's business continued; and (ii) such fixed charges and expenses as must necessarily continue during a total or partial suspension of business to the extent to which they would have been incurred had no business interruption occurred, including, but not limited to, interest on indebtedness of Tenant, salaries of executives, foremen, and other employees under contract, charges under noncancelable contracts, charges for advertising, legal or other professional services, taxes and rents that may still continue, trade association dues, insurance premiums, and depreciation.
Business Interruption Insurance. Upon receipt by Company or any of its Subsidiaries of any business interruption insurance proceeds constituting Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds from business interruption insurance, (a) so long as no Event of Default pursuant to subsection 8.1, 8.6 or 8.7 shall have occurred and be continuing, Company or such Subsidiary may retain and apply such Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds for working capital and any other corporate purposes, and (b) if an Event of Default pursuant to subsection 8.1, 8.6 or 8.7 shall have occurred and be continuing, Company shall apply an amount equal to such Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds, to the extent such Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds exceed $2,500,000, to prepay the Loans (and/or the Revolving Loan Commitment Amount shall be reduced) as provided in subsections 2.4B and 2.4D.
