Internet Advertisements. An Airport by its nature is a family environment in which the presence of children may reasonably be expected at all times. Concessionaire shall insure that all Advertising that it accepts conforms to standards of good taste which generally prevail in the placing of commercial advertising in public places. Concessionaire shall not display or otherwise produce or publish any of the following types of Advertising:

Internet Advertisements. For the term of this Agreement, ACG shall cause GWD and/or WorldPages to maintain in its Internet directory a prominent banner advertisement (hereinafter referred to as the "Web Ad") containing information to be furnished periodically by Ionex. GWD will maintain the banner advertisement at no charge to Ionex. Ionex may obtain from GWD and/or WorldPages, at market rates to be agreed upon by ACG and Ionex, market by market or product by product customization of such information. The Web Ad shall contain a hypertext link to the Ionex web site. The Web Ad shall appear in all 3,000 directories (in a prominent place, i.e., in the top center) in each of six product/service categories which shall be selected by Ionex. In addition to the six product/service categories referenced in the preceding sentence, at Ionex's request, and expense, either GWD or WorldPages shall cause the Web Ad to appear in additional product/service categories at a the cost of $6,000 per additional product/service category.
Internet Advertisements. Defendants shall cause the Settlement Administrator to publish, beginning not less than 60 Days before the Final Approval Hearing, advertisements on the internet directed to Noticed Class Members in form and content mutually acceptable to Class Counsel and Defendants, at an aggregate cost to Defendants not to exceed $10,000.

  • No Advertisements It is not subscribing for the Units as a result of or subsequent to any advertisement, article, notice or other communication published in any newspaper, magazine, or similar media or broadcast over television or radio, or presented at any seminar or meeting.

  • Publication Advertisement Each Lender and each Credit Party hereby authorizes the Arranger to publish the name of such Lender and Credit Party, the existence of the financing arrangements referenced under this Agreement, the primary purpose and/or structure of those arrangements, the amount of credit extended under each facility, the title and role of each party to this Agreement, and the total amount of the financing evidenced hereby in any “tombstone”, comparable advertisement or press release which the Arranger elects to submit for publication. In addition, each Lender and each Credit Party agrees that the Arranger may provide lending industry trade organizations with information necessary and customary for inclusion in league table measurements after the Closing Date. With respect to any of the foregoing, the Arranger shall provide the Borrower with an opportunity to review and confer with the Arranger regarding the contents of any such tombstone, advertisement or information, as applicable, prior to its submission for publication and, following such review period, the Arranger may, from time to time, publish such information in any media form desired by the Arranger, until such time that the Borrower shall have requested the Arranger cease any such further publication.

  • No Advertisement The Purchaser acknowledges that the Shares have been offered to them in direct communication between them and Seller, and not through any advertisement of any kind.

  • No General Solicitation or General Advertising Neither the Company nor any Person acting on its behalf has engaged or will engage in any form of general solicitation or general advertising (within the meaning of Regulation D) in connection with any offer or sale of the Shares.

  • Advertisements and Signs Lessee shall not place or permit to be placed, in, upon or about the Premises any unusual or extraordinary signs, or any signs not approved by the city, local, state, federal or other applicable governing authority. A sign so placed on the Premises shall be so placed upon the understanding and agreement that Lessee will remove same at the end of the Lease Term or earlier termination of this Lease and repair any damage or injury to the Premises caused thereby, and if not so removed by Lessee, then Lessor may have the same removed at Lessee's expense.

  • Customary Advertising Material The Loan Parties consent to the publication by the Administrative Agent or any Lender of customary advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Loan Parties.
