Common use of Interior Signage Clause in Contracts

Interior Signage. All letters and numerals on doors or other signs on the Premises shall be in the standard form of graphics for the Building, and no others shall be used or permitted without Landlord’s prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed. Furthermore, Tenant shall not place signs on or in the Premises which are visible from outside the Premises. Tenant’s name and suite number shall be included by Landlord on the lobby directory for the Building, at Landlord’s cost.
