Interest on Certain Overdue Amounts. If the Borrower fails to pay on the due date any amount payable hereunder (other than Issue Price, Accrued Original Issue Discount which is payable as otherwise provided in this Agreement), the Borrower shall, on demand, from time to time by the Lenders, pay interest (to the extent permitted by Applicable Law) on such overdue amount to the Lenders from such due date up to the date of actual payment, both before and after demand, default or judgment, at the rate of interest per annum applicable to such Borrowing to which such amount relates or if no Borrowing is involved then at a rate of interest per annum equal to 15.50% (Fifteen and one-half percent) to the extent not otherwise provided herein.

Interest on Certain Overdue Amounts. If the Borrower fails to pay any amount payable hereunder (other than principal, interest thereon or interest upon interest which is payable as otherwise provided in this Agreement) on the due date, the Borrower shall, on demand, from time to time by the Agent, pay interest on such overdue amount to the Agent from such due date up to the date of actual payment, both before and after demand, default or judgment, at a rate of interest per annum equal to the sum of the Prime Lending Rate (adjusted automatically upon any change by the Reference Lenders) plus 0.75% per annum, compounded monthly. Such interest shall accrue from day to day on such overdue amount remaining unpaid from time to time and shall be calculated on the basis of a calendar year for the actual number of days elapsed.
