Common use of Interconnection Maintenance and Administration Plan Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Maintenance and Administration Plan. Within ninety (90) days after the Effective Date, or, as agreed upon by the Parties, by the date which is not less than sixty (60) days prior to the first Interconnection Activation Date hereunder, Requesting Carrier and Ameritech shall have jointly developed a plan (the “Plan”) which shall define and detail:
