Common use of Integration; Construction Clause in Contracts

Integration; Construction. This Agreement, including the PO, SOW, all Exhibits, and all supplemental or other incorporated terms and conditions and all other documents incorporated by reference into this Agreement, constitutes the complete and integrated agreement of TerraPower and the Contractor and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, on the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement will be deemed to be drafted by both Parties, and it may not be construed against TerraPower as the drafter of the document.
