Common use of Insurance Benefits Clause in Contracts

Insurance Benefits. Borrower shall cooperate with Lender in ------------------ obtaining for Lender the benefits of any Insurance Proceeds lawfully or equitably payable to Lender in connection with the Facility, and Lender shall be reimbursed for any reasonable expenses incurred in connection therewith (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements) and the payment by Borrower of the expense of an Appraisal on behalf of Lender in case of a fire or other casualty affecting the Facility or any part thereof out of such Insurance Proceeds, all as more specifically provided in the Mortgage.

Insurance Benefits. Borrower shall cooperate with Lender in ------------------ obtaining for Lender Borrower and for Lender, as provided in Section 6.1 hereof, the benefits of any Insurance Proceeds lawfully or equitably payable to Lender in connection with the FacilityProperty, and Lender shall be reimbursed for any reasonable expenses incurred in connection therewith (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements) , and the payment by Borrower of the expense of an Appraisal appraisal on behalf of Lender in case of a fire or other casualty affecting the Facility Property or any part thereof thereof) out of such Insurance Proceeds, all as more specifically provided in the Mortgage.

Borrower shall cooperate with Lender in ------------------ obtaining for Lender the benefits of any Insurance Proceeds lawfully or equitably payable to Lender in connection with the Facilityeach Individual Property, and Lender shall be reimbursed for any reasonable expenses reasonably incurred in connection therewith (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements) disbursements and the payment by Borrower of the expense of an Appraisal appraisal on behalf of Lender in case of a fire or other casualty affecting the Facility such Individual Property or any part thereof thereof, but excluding internal overhead, administrative and similar costs of Lender) out of such Insurance Proceeds, all as more specifically provided in the MortgageMortgages.

Borrower shall cooperate with Lender in ------------------ obtaining for Lender the benefits of any Insurance Proceeds lawfully or equitably insurance proceeds payable to Lender in connection with the FacilityMortgaged Property, and Lender shall be reimbursed for any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred in connection therewith (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements) and the payment by Borrower of , and, if reasonably necessary to collect such proceeds, the expense of an Appraisal appraisal on behalf of Lender in case of a fire or other casualty affecting the Facility Mortgaged Property or any part thereof thereof) out of such Insurance Proceeds, all as more specifically provided in the Mortgageinsurance proceeds.
