Insurance Benefit Extension for Maternity, Parental, Adoptive Parent Leave. The District will provide one (1) additional month of District paid contribution toward insurance coverage for an employee on an unpaid portion of a parental/maternity leave following the last month in which the employee had a paid portion of their leave.
