Insurance (Art. 24) §133 The contractor takes out insurance policies covering his liability for occupational accidents and his third party liability for the performance of the contract. §134 The contractor also takes out any other insurance policy imposed by the procurement documents. §135 Within thirty days from contract conclusion the contractor provides evidence that he has taken out these insurance policies through a certificate stating the extent of the liability covered required by the procurement documents. §136 At any time during contract performance, the contractor provides such certificate within fifteen days following the reception of such a request from the contracting authority.
