Common use of Insufficient Funds for Payments Clause in Contracts

Insufficient Funds for Payments. If the Agent does not receive sufficient cash from the Funds' custodian to make total dividend and/or distribution payments to all shareholders as of the record date, the Agent will, upon notifying the Trust, withhold payment to all shareholders of record as of the record date, until such sufficient cash is provided to the Agent.
