Inspections; Cooperation. Each Borrower shall permit representatives of Administrative Agent to enter upon the Land of such Borrower, to inspect the Improvements of such Borrower and any and all materials to be used in connection with any construction at the Property of such Borrower, including any construction of tenant improvements, to examine all detailed plans and shop drawings and similar materials as well as all books and records of such Borrower (regardless of where maintained) and all supporting vouchers and data and to make copies and extracts therefrom and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts pertaining to the Loan and the Improvements of such Borrower with representatives of such Borrower. Each Borrower shall at all times cooperate and use commercially reasonable efforts to cause each and every one of its contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers to cooperate with the representatives of Administrative Agent in connection with or in aid of the performance of Administrative Agent’s functions under this Agreement. Except in the event of an emergency, Administrative Agent shall give a Borrower at least twenty-four hours’ notice by telephone in each instance before entering upon the Land of such Borrower and/or exercising any other rights granted in this Section.

Borrower shall permit representatives of Lender to enter upon the Land, upon reasonable advance notice as provided below in this Section 4.2, to inspect the Property as well as all records and books of account maintained by or on behalf of Borrower relating thereto and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts pertaining to the Loan and the Property with representatives of Borrower. Borrower shall at all times reasonably cooperate and cause each and every one of its contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers to cooperate with the representatives of Lender in connection with or in aid of the performance of Lender’s functions under this Agreement. Except in the event of an emergency, Lender shall give Borrower at least forty-eight hours’ notice by telephone in each instance before entering upon the Land and/or exercising any other rights granted in this Section.
Inspections; Cooperation. Borrower shall permit representatives of Xxxxxx and the Construction Consultant to enter upon the Land, to inspect the Improvements and any and all materials to be used in connection with the development of the Land and the construction of the Improvements, to examine all detailed plans and shop drawings and similar materials as well as all records and books of account maintained by or on behalf of Borrower relating thereto and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts pertaining to the Loan and the Improvements with representatives of Borrower. Borrower shall at all times cooperate and cause the General Contractor and each and every one of its subcontractors, sub-subcontractors and material suppliers to cooperate with the representatives of Lender and the Construction Consultant in connection with or in aid of the performance of Xxxxxx’s functions under this Agreement. Except in the event of an emergency or during the occurrence and continuance of a Default or Event of Default, Lender shall give Borrower at least forty-eight hours’ notice by telephone in each instance before entering upon the Land and/or exercising any other rights granted in this Section.
Inspections; Cooperation. Borrower shall permit representatives of Lender and the Construction Inspector to enter upon the Land during weekdays anytime between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (local time), to inspect the Improvements and any and all materials to be used in connection with the Construction of the Improvements, to inspect and examine all detailed plans and shop drawings and similar materials as well as all books and records of Borrower (regardless of where maintained) and all supporting vouchers and data and to make copies and extracts therefrom and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts pertaining to the Loan and the Improvements with representatives of Borrower. Borrower shall at all times cooperate and cause the General Contractor and each and every one of its subcontractors and material suppliers to cooperate with the representatives of Lender and the Construction Inspector in connection with or in aid of the performance of Lender's functions under this Agreement. Except in the event of an emergency, Lender shall give 37867101.2 01/05/2021 Borrower at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice by telephone in each instance before entering upon the Land and/or exercising any other rights granted in this Section.
Inspections; Cooperation. Borrower, Guarantor and each Permitted Subsidiary shall permit representatives of Lender to enter upon each Property, to inspect the Improvements and any and all materials to be used in connection with any construction at the Property, including any construction of tenant improvements, to examine all detailed plans and shop drawings and similar materials as well as all records and books of account maintained by or on behalf of Borrower, Guarantor and each Permitted Subsidiary relating thereto and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts pertaining to the Loan and the Improvements with representatives of Borrower, Guarantor and each Permitted Subsidiary. Borrower, Guarantor and each Permitted Subsidiary shall at all times cooperate and cause each and every one of its contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers to cooperate with the representatives of Lender in connection with or in aid of the performance of Lender's functions under this Agreement. Except in the event of an emergency, Lender shall give Borrower, Guarantor or the affected Permitted Subsidiary at least twenty-four hours' notice by telephone in each instance before entering upon a Property and/or exercising any other rights granted in this Section 7.2.
Inspections; Cooperation. Permit the Lender and its duly authorized representatives (including, without limitation, the Engineer) to enter upon the Property, to inspect the Property and any and all materials to be used in connection with an development of the Property, to examine all detailed plans and shop drawings and similar materials as well as all records and books of account maintained by or on behalf of the Borrower and/or the Property Owner relating thereto and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts pertaining to the Loan and the development of the Fairway Village I Project with representatives of the Borrower and/or the Property Owner. The Borrower and the Property shall at all times cooperate and use all reasonable efforts to cause the Property Owner's engineer, Architect, General Contractor and each and every one of General Contractor's subcontractors and materialmen to cooperate with the Lender and its duly authorized representatives in connection with or in aid of the performance of the Lender's functions under this Agreement.

Borrower shall permit representatives of Lender to enter upon the Land during normal business hours subject to the prior notice requirement set forth below, except that entry may be had at any time during an emergency or in connection with the same, to inspect the Improvements and any and all materials to be used in connection with any construction at the Property, including any construction of improvements, to examine all detailed plans and shop drawings and similar materials as well as all books and records of Borrower (regardless of where maintained) and all supporting vouchers and data and to make copies and extracts therefrom and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts pertaining to the Loan and the Improvements with representatives of Borrower. Borrower shall at all times cooperate and use its best efforts to and cause each and every one of its contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers to cooperate with the representatives of Lender in connection with or in aid of the performance of Lender’s functions under this Agreement. Except in the event of an emergency, Lender shall give Borrower at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice by telephone in each instance before entering upon the Land and/or exercising any other rights granted in this Section. The cost of any and all such inspections by Lender or any representative of Lender, including any construction consultant, shall be paid for by Borrower.
