Inside Employees. (a) The regular working schedule for a week shall constitute thirty-five (35) hours as follows: (b) Monday to Friday - seven (7) consecutive hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (except Receptionists - seven (7) consecutive hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.), exclusive of a lunch period which shall not exceed one (1) hour. Saturday and Sunday shall be days of rest. (c) The Employer may ask an employee to start their seven (7) hour shift at 7:00 a.m. on an as needed basis, however the acceptance of the start time shall be voluntary.
