Common use of Injuries, Rehabilitation and Reorientation Clause in Contracts

Injuries, Rehabilitation and Reorientation. A. Consistent with Trust and County policies, if an employee is injured while on duty, the Employer will assist the employee in making application for worker’s compensation. In the event the injury is of a nature which will inhibit the employee’s ability to perform the duties, the employee will be rehabilitated and reoriented to perform duties of a different nature when possible.
