Except for those items on the consolidated list of final incomplete or uncorrected items included with the letter of Substantial Completion (“Final Punch List”), the Initial Punch List containing comments from, but not limited to, the Architect/Engineer, the Contractor, Princeton University and other consultants approved by Princeton University has been established, posted to the Capital Project Management System, completed, and accepted as complete by Princeton University.
