Common use of Initial Issue Clause in Contracts

Initial Issue. Upon employment, the Employer shall furnish the initial uniform and equipment bargaining unit employees are required to wear. All uniforms and equipment remain the property of the Employer and must be turned in when an employee is separated from Employer service. The Employer shall provide the initial issue if there is a change in the standard uniform or equipment an employee is required to wear.
