Information Systems Review. ODM or its designee may review the information system capabilities of the MCP at the following times: before ODM enters into a provider agreement with a new MCP, when a participating MCP undergoes a major information system upgrade or change, when there is identification of significant information system problems, or any time at ODM’ discretion.
