Information Supplied to the Association. A. The Employer shall provide the Association with a current list of employees once per pay period at no cost to the Association. This list shall include the employee’s name, employee identification number, position control number (PCN), organizational routing code, location, termination date or last date in pay status if applicable. The list will also itemize and show any regular deductions made and forwarded to the Association.
