Information furnished by Company. Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to Xxxxx Fargo all the information concerning Company and the Company Subsidiaries required for inclusion in the Registration Statement, or any statement or application made by Xxxxx Fargo to any governmental body in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Any financial statement for any fiscal year provided under this paragraph must include the audit opinion and the consent of Deloitte & Touche LLP to use such opinion in such Registration Statement.

The Executive understands and acknowledges that as a result of these efforts, the Company has created, and continues to use and create Confidential Information. This Confidential Information provides the Company with a competitive advantage over others in the marketplace.

  • Access to Confidential Information Each party acknowledges that the other party, its employees or agents, may be given access to Confidential Information relating to the other parties' business or the operation of this Agreement or any negotiations relating to this Agreement.

  • Information to be Furnished If Tenant desires at any time to Sublet the Premises or any portion thereof, it shall first notify Landlord of its desire to do so and shall submit in writing to Landlord: (i) the name of the proposed Subtenant; (ii) the nature of the proposed Subtenant's business to be carried on in the Premises; (iii) the terms and provisions of the proposed Sublet and a copy of the proposed Sublet form containing a description of the subject premises; and (iv) such financial information, including financial statements, as Landlord may reasonably request concerning the proposed Subtenant.
