As used in this Agreement, the “Company Business” means the business engaged in the design, development, manufacture, importation, marketing, promotion, distribution, offering for sale, sale, and other commercialization of any and all products and services currently under development or in production, including the use of electric-powered scooters, bicycles and mopeds for urban micro-mobility purposes.
