Common use of Informal--Oral Clause in Contracts

Informal--Oral. a) The grievance shall first be taken up orally by the concerned Employee(s) and/or the Union representative at the lowest level of supervision with authority to resolve the matter. This must be done within 20 working days of the occurrence of the event on which the grievance is based.
