Informal Meeting Between the Grievant and Site Administrator. Within three (3) days after the aggrieved employee became aware (or should have become aware) of the occurrence of the event(s) upon which the grievance complaint is based, the aggrieved employee must request an informal meeting with the site administrator (and the department chair if the matter involves the department chair), to discuss the matter and attempt in good faith to resolve it. That meeting shall be conducted within three (3) days of the request.
