Agricultural Export Subsidies 1. The Parties share the objective of the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural goods and shall work together toward an agreement in the WTO to eliminate those subsidies and prevent their reintroduction in any form.

Agricultural cooperation The aims of the cooperation on agriculture will be: (a) to promote sustainable rural development through the exchange of experience, generation of partnership and execution of projects in areas of mutual interest such as: agricultural innovation and technology transfer for the development of small farming, the conservation and management of the water resource for agricultural use, the application of good agricultural and agro industrial practices, including gender approach in development policies and strategies, among others; (b) to promote the exchange of relevant information for agricultural exports between the 2 markets; and (c) to develop a training program addressed to leader producers, technicians and professionals for the application of new technologies in order to increase and improve agriculture and animal husbandry productivity and competitiveness, in particular of value added products.
Industrial Relations 4.1 The Unions agree that, provided the provisions of this Agreement are implemented, no stoppage of work shall occur.
INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS ARTICLE 3
INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE It is understood and agreed that there shall be no Industrial Insurance coverage provided for Contractor or any Sub-Contractor of the Contractor by the City. Contractor agrees, as a precondition to the performance of any work under this Agreement and as a precondition to any obligation of the City to make any payment under this Agreement to provide City with a certificate issued by an insurer in accordance with NRS 616B.627 and with a certificate of an insurer showing coverage pursuant to NRS 617.210. It is further understood and agreed by and between City and Contractor that Contractor shall procure, pay for, and maintain the above mentioned industrial insurance coverage at Contractor's sole cost and expense. Should Contractor be self-funded for Industrial Insurance, Contractor shall so notify City in writing prior to the signing of this Contract. City reserves the right to approve said retentions, and may request additional documentation, financial or otherwise, for review prior to the signing of this Contract. MINIMUM LIMITS OF INSURANCE CONTRACTOR shall maintain coverages and limits no less than:
Indigenous Peoples 11. The Borrower shall ensure, and shall cause UWSCG to ensure, that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impact within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and shall cause UWSCG to, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower relating to indigenous peoples and the SPS.
Foreign Terrorist Organizations Contractor represents and warrants that it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization, as prohibited by Section 2252.152 of the Texas Government Code.
Occupational Safety and Health Acts Contractor(s) who perform any work under this contract shall fully comply with the provisions of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and any amendments thereto and regulations pursuant to the act. Any Contractor who fails to do so may be terminated for cause as set forth below.
