INDULGENCE AND WAIVER. 17.1 No indulgence which any of the Parties (the “Grantor”) may grant to another Party (the “Grantee”) shall constitute a waiver of any of the rights of the Grantor, who shall not thereby be precluded from exercising any rights against the Grantee which might have arisen in the past or which might arise in the future, save should such waiver be reduced to writing and signed by the Parties.
INDULGENCE AND WAIVER. No failure on the part of any Party to exercise and no delay on the part of any Party in exercising any right or remedy hereunder will operate as a release or waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy under this Agreement preclude any other or further exercise of it or any other right or remedy. The rights provided in this Agreement are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
INDULGENCE AND WAIVER. No relaxation or indulgence that the Company may grant to the Customer shall constitute a waiver of the rights of the Company nor shall it preclude the Company from exercising any of its rights that may have arisen in the past or that might arise in the future.

Any delay tolerated or indulgence shown by the Vendor enforcing the terms of this Agreement to Sell or any forbearance or giving of time to the Purchaser/s shall not be construed as a waiver on their part as any breach or non-compliance of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement to Sell by the Purchaser/s nor shall the same in any manner prejudice the right of the Vendor. None of the action of the Vendor shall be construed as waiver, unless it is given in writing.
INDULGENCE AND WAIVER. Any failure by ALTEL to enforce any terms herein, or any forbearance, delay or indulgence granted by ALTEL to you will not be construed as waiver of ALTEL’s rights provided under this Agreement.
INDULGENCE AND WAIVER. 24.1 No delay or indulgence by Service Provider in enforcing any term or condition of these Terms or granting of time by Service Provider to Subscriber shall prejudice the rights or powers of Service Provider under these Terms or at law.

The Lender may at any time, without discharging or in any way prejudicing this Agreement or any remedy of the Lender under this Agreement, grant to the Borrower or to any other person, time, indulgence, loans or advances or enter into any arrangement or variation of rights or, either in whole or in part, release, abstain from perfecting or enforcing or neglect or fail to perfect or enforce any remedies or rights which they may now or subsequently have from or against the Borrower or any other person.
