Common use of Individual Flexibility Arrangement Clause in Contracts

Individual Flexibility Arrangement. An Employer and employee covered by this agreement may agree to make an individual flexibility arrangement about when work is performed, provided that the employee and Employer genuinely agree to the arrangement and the employee is better off overall.
