Indenture Supplements for Replacements. If a Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine is being substituted as contemplated by Section 10 of the Lease, the Owner Trustee and the Mortgagee agree for the benefit of the Note Holders and Lessee, subject to fulfillment of the conditions precedent and compliance by Lessee with its obligations set forth in Section 10 of the Lease and the requirements of Section 5.06 hereof with respect to such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine, to execute and deliver a Lease Supplement and a Trust Indenture Supplement, as applicable, as contemplated by Section 10 of the Lease.
Indenture Supplements for Replacements. In the event of the substitution of a Replacement Airframe or Engine as contemplated by Section 11 of the Lease, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee agree for the benefit of the Note Holders and the Lessee, subject to fulfillment of the conditions precedent and compliance by the Lessee with its obligations set forth in Section 11 of the Lease, to execute and deliver the appropriate instruments as contemplated by Section 5.06 hereof, and execute and deliver to the Lessee (or any relevant Permitted Sublessee) an appropriate instrument releasing the Airframe and/or Engine(s) being replaced from the Lien of this Indenture.

If a Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine is being substituted as contemplated by Section 5.06, Owner and the Indenture Trustee agree for the benefit of the Note Holders and Owner, subject to fulfillment of the conditions precedent and compliance by Owner with the requirements of Section 5.06 with respect to such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine, to execute and deliver an Indenture Supplement.

In the event of a Replacement Unit being substituted as contemplated by Section 11.2 of the Lease, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee agree for the benefit of the holders of the Equipment Notes and the Lessee, subject to compliance by the Lessee with its obligations set forth in Section 11 of the Lease, to execute and deliver an Indenture Supplement substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto and, provided no Lease Event of Default or Lease Default shall have occurred and be continuing, execute and deliver to the Lessee an appropriate instrument releasing the Unit being replaced from the Lien of the Indenture.

Indenture Supplements for Replacements. In the event of a Replacement Unit being substituted as contemplated by Section 4.04(d) or Section 4.06(b), the Owner and the Indenture Trustee agree for the benefit of the holders of the Equipment Notes, to execute and deliver an Indenture Supplement substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto and execute and deliver to the Owner an appropriate instrument prepared by the Owner releasing the Unit being replaced from the Lien of the Indenture.
