Common use of Indenture Supplements for Replacements Clause in Contracts

Indenture Supplements for Replacements. In the event of a Replacement Unit being substituted as contemplated by Section 11.2 of the Lease, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee agree for the benefit of the holders of the Equipment Notes and the Lessee, subject to compliance by the Lessee with its obligations set forth in Section 11 of the Lease, to execute and deliver an Indenture Supplement substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto and, provided no Lease Event of Default or Lease Default shall have occurred and be continuing, execute and deliver to the Lessee an appropriate instrument releasing the Unit being replaced from the Lien of the Indenture.
