Note Holders definition

Note Holders means collectively, the Note A-1 Holder and the Note A-2 Holder.

• Any provision of this Note may be amended, waived or modified only upon the written consent of the Company and the Required Note Holders.

• Loans will be made pro rata by the Note Holders, based on the committed principal amounts made by each Investor under the Note Purchase Agreement.
