Inconsistencies with Agreement. No provision of any existing, new, or amended University regulation, policy, or resolution shall apply to bargaining unit members if it conflicts with an express term of the Agreement.

Inconsistencies with Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the terms of this Assignment are subject to the terms, provisions, conditions and limitations set forth in the Agreement, and this Assignment is not intended to supersede or alter the obligations of the parties to the Merger Agreement, which shall survive the execution and delivery of this Assignment.   • Inconsistencies with Other Documents In the event there is a conflict or inconsistency between this Agreement and any other Loan Document, the terms of this Agreement shall control; provided that any provision of the Security Documents which imposes additional burdens on the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or further restricts the rights of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or gives the Administrative Agent or Lenders additional rights shall not be deemed to be in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement and shall be given full force and effect.

  • Inconsistencies To the extent of any inconsistencies between the terms and conditions of this Amendment and the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail. All terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement not inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed by Borrowers.
