Incentive to Work Extra Shifts Differential. 5 1. A regular nurse will be paid an extra shift differential of $12.00 per hour as 6 well as appropriate shift differentials for all hours worked per pay period in 7 excess of the number of the nurse’s regularly scheduled hours (including 8 regularly scheduled weekend hours) for the pay period when such excess 9 hours result from the nurse’s working extra shift(s) of at least four (4) 10 hours each in duration, at the request of the Service Center.
