Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Warrant Agent and the Warrantholders hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any incorporator or any past, present or future shareholder, trustee, employee or agent of the Corporation or any successor entity on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation herein.
Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Warrant Holder, as part of the consideration for the issue of the Warrants, waives and will not have any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any past, present or future incorporator, shareholder, Director or Officer (as such) of the Company for the issue of shares pursuant to any Warrant or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Company herein contained or in the Warrant.

The obligations hereunder are not personally binding upon, nor shall resort hereunder be had to, the private property of any of the past, present or future Directors or Shareholders of the Corporation or any of the past, present or future officers, employees or agents of the Corporation, but only the property of the Corporation (or any successor person) shall be bound in respect hereof.
Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Subscription Receipt Agent and, by the acceptance of the Subscription Receipt Certificates and as part of the consideration for the issue of the Subscription Receipts, the Receiptholders hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any past, present or future Shareholder, director, officer, employee or agent of the Corporation or any successor entity for the issue of the Common Shares pursuant to any Subscription Receipt or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation contained herein or in the Subscription Receipt Certificate(s).
Immunity of Shareholders, etc. Subject to the rights available at law or in express provisions of any contract or other instrument the Agent and, by the acceptance of the Warrant Certificates and as part of the consideration for the issue of the Warrants, the Warrantholders hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any Person in its capacity as an incorporator or any past, present or future shareholder or other securityho1der, director, officer, employee or agent of the Corporation for the creation and issue of the Common Shares pursuant to any Warrant or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation herein or in the Warrant Certificates.
Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Subscription Receipt Agent and, by the acceptance of the Subscription Receipt Certificates or Uncertificated Subscription Receipts and as part of the consideration for the issue of the Subscription Receipts, the Receiptholders hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any past, present or future shareholder, director, officer, employee or agent of the Corporation or any successor entity for the issue of the Common Shares pursuant to any Subscription Receipt or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation contained herein or in the Subscription Receipt Certificate(s).
Immunity of Shareholders, etc. Subject to applicable law, the Warrant Agent and, by acceptance of the Warrant Certificate and as part of the consideration for the issue of the Warrants, the Warrantholders hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any Person in its capacity as an incorporator or any past, present or future shareholder, director, officer, employee or agent of the Corporation for the creation and issue of the Common Shares pursuant to any Warrant or any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation herein or in the Warrant Certificates contained.
Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Trustee and, by the acceptance of the Warrant Certificates and as part of the consideration for the issue of the Warrants, the Warrantholders hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any incorporator or any past, present or future shareholder, director, officer, employee or agent of the Company or any successor corporation for the issue of the Common Shares pursuant to any Warrants or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Company herein or contained in the Warrant Certificates.
Immunity of Shareholders, etc. The Trustee and, by the acceptance of the Warrant Certificates and as part of the consideration for the issue of the Purchase Warrants, the Warrantholders hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any incorporator or any past, present or future shareholder, director, officer, employee or agent of the Corporation or any successor corporation, but for greater certainty, not the Corporation or any successor corporation on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation contained herein or in the Warrant Certificates.
