Common use of Illness of Minor Dependents Clause in Contracts

Illness of Minor Dependents. Leave with pay to a maximum of three (3) days per any one (1) year will be granted in case of illness of minor dependent.

Illness of Minor Dependents. Leave with pay to a maximum of three (3) days per any one (1) contract year will be granted in case cases of illness illness, out of town medical/dental assistance, medical/dental appointments and/or medical/dental emergencies of minor dependentdependents. The foregoing three (3) days will be allowed per employee and may be used for any combination of the above cases relating to minor dependents.
