Illness in the Line of Duty. A. Any employee shall be entitled to illness-in-the-line-of-duty leave when he/she has to be absent from his/her duties because of personal injury received in discharge of duty or because of illness from any generally accepted contagious or infectious childhood disease contracted in school work.
