Human Resources Department to Provide Pertinent Information. It is the responsibility of the Human Resources Department to provide to the employee all information pertinent for her making the election. The election made under this Article must be forwarded, in writing, to the Human Resources Department and to the Union. Any employee not exercising this election within the given time limit shall be deemed to have elected the Layoff List if the layoff is of a temporary nature, or Severance Pay if the layoff is of a permanent nature.
