Participant Information definition

Participant Information means all information, data, knowledge and know-how, in whatever form and however communicated (including, without limitation, Confidential Information but excluding the Existing Data), which, as shown by written records, was developed, conceived, originated or obtained by a Participant: (a) prior to entering into this Agreement, or (b) independent of its performance under the terms of this Agreement.

Participant Information or "Your Information" means your name, address, email address, mobile device number, and other information that you have provided to Momentum via the QUBER App for the purpose of participating in the Challenge. This includes any additional information that you provide to Momentum, including information provided to confirm your identity and your eligibility for the Challenge.

Participant Information has the meaning given to it in Section 19. “Period” has the meaning given to it in Section 6.

Examples of Participant Information in a sentence

• Each Receiving Party shall hold all Confidential Participant Information in confidence and agrees that it shall not, during the term or after the termination of this Agreement, redisclose to any person or entity, nor use for its own business or benefit, any information obtained by it in connection with this Agreement, unless such use or redisclosure is permitted by the terms of this Agreement.

• Message Content is excluded from the definition of Confidential Participant Information because other provisions of the DURSA address the appropriate protections for Message Content.

• All entities receiving Participant Information shall be bound to a confidentiality obligation at least as restrictive as the terms of this Agreement.

• Nothing contained herein shall be deemed as granting, whether express or implied, any other license, right, title or interest in and to any Participant Information or other information provided or made available by Participant.

• Sheltered Harbor shall not identify Participant as the source of Participant Information except as provided in this Section 4.

Participant Information means a Participant's name, address, phone, fax, and other contact information, part information and any other data entered or modified on VistaSuite, whether input manually or automatically, as well as all data extracted from the Participant's ERP database for use on VistaSuite, including, but not limited to, all part information in Participant's inventory to be displayed on VistaSuite (such as serial number, time-life, condition and availability), alternate part numbers, historical order information, company information or other data accessible to VistaSuite or VistaSuite APIs, or tools made available to Participant.

Participant Information means all information, in any form, submitted to Human Interest pursuant to this Agreement by or with respect to Participants including, without limitation, information that uniquely identifies a current, former, or prospective Participant, his or her name, address(es), and telephone numbers.

Participant Information means any information provided by me or my REA, including personal information and contact information, Initial and Final Audit information (including images taken in your home as part of any energy audit) and incentives received by me under the Program. Personal information on this form is collected by and under the authority of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 (Ontario), for the purposes set out below. Questions about this collection by Enbridge should be directed to the contact points set out on the reverse.

Participant Information means any information provided by the Participant in, or as part of, its Application to the Program, including personal information and records showing energy use and consumption for the period beginning three years before the date hereof and ending on the date that is three years after the installation of the Measures (including natural gas consumption records from FortisBC and electricity consumption from BC Hydro).
