HRA. Employees who are not eligible for the HD-HSA can participate in an HRA with the same terms as the HD-HSA except as otherwise provided by law. Employer funding to the HRA shall include a rollover feature allowing any unused HD-HSA deductible funds to be rolled over up to the amount of the deductible Employees who are eligible for the HD-HSA may also choose instead to participate in an HRA with the same terms as the HD-HSA except as provided by law. In the event that such an employee chooses an HRA, the Board’s contribution to the deductible will be governed by the terms of Section 7.0 above and Appendix C except as otherwise provided by law. However, the Board’s contribution toward the deductible will be made on the first business day of July.
HRA. Employees who enroll in the Gold CDHP plan and who choose an HRA will be provided the following: a. HRA amount $4,000 for Family; $4,200 for the 2 Person or Adult/Child(ren) plans; $2,100 for Single plan, pro-rated for January 1, 2018 – June 30, 2018 based on the time period in which the HRA is in effect. The funding noted above is available immediately upon the effective date of the HRA plan. b. Covered expenses include applicable deductible expenses, and co-insurance expenses, including prescription expenses. c. Employee will contribute first dollar up to the following amounts: $1,000 for Family; $800 for 2 Person or Adult/Child(ren); $400 for Single plan, pro-rated for January 1, 2018 – June 30, 2018 based on the time period in which the HRA is in effect. d. Employee will pay administrative costs equal to the difference between the administrative charge for H.S.A. and HRA. e. HRA approved expenses are paid directly to the employee. Employee cannot change this feature. There is no individual payment cap. f. Runout – the amount of time after the end of the plan year in which claims can be submitted is 60 days. g. Residual funds unused at the end of each year revert to the Employer. h. Amount of funding for employees hired for less than a full plan year will be prorated monthly.
HRA. The District will establish an HRA account, formed pursuant to IRS Revenue Ruling 2002-41 and Notice 2002-43, and MS Statute 2005, 352.98, in each teacher’s name; however part-time teachers shall earn prorated HRA contribution benefits. The District will select the HRA vendor. Teachers who, for whatever reason, leave the service of the School District prior to retirement shall retain ownership of the contributions made on their behalf to the date of discontinuance of service. Teachers will have access to these funds in the manner the Vendor prescribes. The School District shall retain no current or future liabilities for said investment programs.

HRA. If A.11 is "Yes" (Contributions to fund a Health Care Reimbursement Account are permitted), describe method to coordinate coverage in the Plan with a Company-sponsored health reimbursement arrangement ("HRA") for expenses that are reimbursable under both this Plan and the HRA (Section 6.01(e)): i. [ X ] None. Plan is not used in conjunction with a Company-sponsored HRA. ii. [ ] HRA first. A Participant shall not be entitled to payment/reimbursement under the Health Care Reimbursement Account until the Participant has received his or her maximum reimbursement under the HRA. iii. A Participant shall not be entitled to payment/reimbursement under the HRA until the Participant has received his or her maximum reimbursement under the Health Care Reimbursement Account. HRA. Effective January 1, 2019 the Employer also agrees to pay into the Line Construction Benefit Fund $0.50 per hour ($0.50 is the required and maximum per hour contribution allowed) effective January 1, 2022 the contribution will increase to $0.75 per hour ($0.75 is the required and maximum per hour contribution allowed), effective January 1, 2023 the contribution will increase to $1.00 per hour ($1.00 is the required and maximum per hour contribution allowed) through the term of this Agreement. HRA is calculated on all hours worked for all working classifications covered by this Agreement. These contributions shall be used to provide Health Reimbursements Accounts(s) under the Line Construction Benefit Fund Plan of Benefits. 6.3 It is agreed that in accord with the IBEW-District Ten-NECA Individual Equity Retirement Plan Agreement entered into between the National Electrical Contractors Association, Inc., and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers on December 11, 1973, as amended, and now delineated as the National Electrical Annuity Plan Agreement and Trust, that unless authorized otherwise by the National Electrical Annuity Plan ("NEAP"), the individual employer will forward monthly to NEAP's designated collection agent an amount equal to the specific contribution amounts set forth on the attached Exhibit A with a minimum contribution amount of Five Dollars ($5.00), (the contribution obligation) together with a completed payroll report prescribed by the NEAP. The payment shall be made by check or draft and shall constitute a debt due and owing to NEAP on the last day of each calendar month, which may be recovered by suit initiated by NEAP or its assignee. The payment and the payroll report shall be mailed to reach NEAP not later than 15 calendar days following the end of each calendar month. The individual employer hereby accepts, and agrees to be bound by, the National Electrical Annuity Plan Agreement and Trust. An individual employer who fails to remit as provided above shall be additionally subject to having his agreement terminated upon 72 hours notice in writing being served by the Union, provided the individual employer fails to show satisfactory proof that the required payments have been paid to the appropriate collection agent. The failure of an individual employer to comply with the applicable provisions of the National Electrical Annuity Plan Agreement and Trust shall also constitute a breach of his labor agreement.
