HRA. Employees who are not eligible for the HD-HSA can participate in an HRA with the same terms as the HD-HSA except as otherwise provided by law. Employer funding to the HRA shall include a rollover feature allowing any unused HD-HSA deductible funds to be rolled over up to the amount of the deductible Employees who are eligible for the HD-HSA may also choose instead to participate in an HRA with the same terms as the HD-HSA except as provided by law. In the event that such an employee chooses an HRA, the Board’s contribution to the deductible will be governed by the terms of Section 7.0 above and Appendix C except as otherwise provided by law. However, the Board’s contribution toward the deductible will be made on the first business day of July.
