The house will be cleaned and prepared for the opening time of the event, but custodial services are not provided during rental hours – the client/caterer is responsible for all set-up and break-down of tables, chairs and decorations, as well as clean-up. At the end of the event, the supervisor will go over a checklist with the client/caterer to ensure all of their responsibilities are completed. All parties will sign the checklist. The DCA reserves the right to inspect the facility on the first business day after the event and to point out any discrepancies.
