Hours of Work – Scheduling, Rest Periods, Overtime. Scheduling: the paid hours of work on a regular extended tour shall be 11.25 hours. A standard tour on a unit shall consist of twelve (12) hours. The attached schedule will remain in effect for the six-month period. The following regulations shall govern the scheduling of work for employees working a compressed work week.
