HOURS OF WORK AND WORKING CONDITIONS. 16.01 The normal shift shall be composed of 7.5 consecutive hours, exclusive of meal time. The normal work week for a full-time nurse shall be composed of five (5) tours, that is, 37.5 hours per week.
