Hours of Coverage. 12.3.11.1 CenturyLink's repair operation is seven (7) Days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Not all functions or locations are covered with scheduled employees on a 7X24 basis. Where such 7X24 coverage is not available, CenturyLink's repair operations center (always available 7X24) can call-out technicians or other personnel required for the identified situation.
