Term of Coverage. Except as otherwise specified in the contract, the insurance will commence on or prior to the effective date of the contract and will be maintained in force throughout the duration of the contract. Completed operations coverage may be required to be maintained on specific commercial general liability policies effective on the date of substantial completion or the termination of the contract, whichever is earlier. If a policy is written on a claims made form, the retroactive date must be shown and this date must be before the earlier of the date of the execution of the contract or the beginning of contract work, and the coverage must respond to all claims reported within three years following the period for which coverage is required unless stated otherwise in the contract.
Term of Coverage i. All such insurance coverage shall remain in effect until Contractor’s work has been completed.
Term of Coverage. A Certificate of Insurance shall be in force and provide coverage for the period of time shown on the face thereof, unless renewed in accordance with Condition Three (B), below. Upon renewal, the Certificate of Insurance shall continue in force for the applicable renewal period.

If a policy is written on a claims-made form, the retroactive date must be shown and this date must be before the earlier of the date of the execution of this MSA or the beginning of contract work, and the coverage must respond to all claims reported within three years following the period for which coverage is required unless a longer period of time is otherwise stated in this MSA.
Term of Coverage. With respect to Sections 15 A, insurance of a ----------------- sufficient magnitude to satisfy the foregoing shall be maintained during the course of the Work and for at least four years following the termination of the Agreement or the completion of the Work under this Agreement. The required insurance shall provide coverage for the acts and omissions of RCC, its agents, employees, contractors, and subcontractors, and shall contain broad-form contractual liability coverage. All policies shall be issued on an "occurrence" basis. All policies shall require that Kreisler be provided with thirty (30) days advance written notice of cancellation, reduction, change, or non-renewal of each such policy. Proof of insurance shall be provided by RCC at execution of this Agreement and will be kept up to date at all times by RCC. In the event a Professional Errors and Omissions and Contractor's or Pollution Legal Liability Insurance policy is to be terminated, RCC shall prevent any gap in coverage during the course of the Work and for four (4) years thereafter by either (i) extending the present policy to cover the time period before a new policy is obtained or (ii) purchasing a new policy which relates back to cover the appropriate time period. The provisions of this Section 15C shall survive the completion of the Work or termination of this Agreement.
Term of Coverage. Your term commences on the date you purchased your product or the date your product was delivered to you, which is the date shown at the top of your invoice or sales receipt, and continues for a period of three (3) years. Except for power surge coverage, technical support and troubleshooting, annual computer tune-up, No Lemon Policy, and ADH (if purchased)—which begin on the date you purchase your covered product—all other coverage begins upon expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s parts and labor warranties. This Plan is inclusive of the manufacturer’s warranty; it does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. After the manufacturer’s warranty expires, the Plan continues to provide some of the manufacture’s benefits as well as certain additional benefits listed within this Plan’s terms and conditions. In the event your product is being serviced by an authorized service center when this Plan expires, the term of this Plan will be extended until the covered repair has been completed.
