Non-Philips Software Assistance Clause Samples
The Non-Philips Software Assistance clause defines the obligations and limitations regarding support for software that is not provided by Philips. Typically, this clause clarifies that Philips is not responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, or maintenance for third-party or customer-supplied software that may interact with Philips products. For example, if a customer installs their own software on a Philips device, Philips would not be required to support or resolve issues related to that software. The core function of this clause is to limit Philips' liability and support obligations, ensuring that customers understand the boundaries of Philips' service commitments.
