HOURLY WAGE RATES AND TRAVEL. The Hourly Wage Rates shall be deemed EXCLUSIVE of travel, meals and lodging (see Section 5.19.2 for detailed terms on travel, meals and lodging). The Contractor agrees that Consultants shall not be separately reimbursed for expenses incurred for travel to and from a designated work location (commuting expenses). The Contractor agrees that it shall submit for travel, meals and lodging reimbursement only when it has received the prior written approval from the Authorized User for such travel in accordance with this Contract.
