HOLIDAYS AND OVERTIME. (a) Work performed in excess of regular hours of work Monday to Friday shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the minimum wage rate as defined in Article 29 (Wages) during the first two (2) hours. Double the minimum wage rates as defined in Article 29 (Wages) shall be paid for work performed in excess of the first two (2) hours. For Local 1 Xxxxxxxx, IU Local 6 Windsor, Local 23 Sarnia, Local 29 Sault Ste. Xxxxx, and Local 25 Thunder Bay, work performed in excess of regular hours of work Monday to Friday shall be paid at the rate of double the minimum wage rate as defined in Article 29.
