HOLIDAY PAY - OTHER THAN TIME CARD UPGRADE. The holiday pay of an employee who is temporarily upgraded, other than on a time card or attendance report basis shall be based on the rate of pay for the job on which the employee is temporarily upgraded. (Amended 1-1-91)
