Holiday Pay after Leave Without Pay. 6.4.1 If a permanent teacher has had leave without pay for a period exceeding five consecutive days, the holiday pay to be deducted is based on the total number of days without pay.
Holiday Pay after Leave Without Pay. If a permanent teacher has been granted leave without pay (other than sick leave in terms of sub paragraph 4.8.2(c)) in excess of five school days during any school year, the total holiday pay due is reduced in proportion to the total period of leave without pay. In special cases the Secretary for Education may approve holiday pay beyond entitlement (e.g. periods of approved sports leave without pay).
