Common use of HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED Clause in Contracts

HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED. Employees required to work on any of the above-specified holidays, excepting Fridays observed as holidays in lieu of holidays falling on Saturday, shall be granted time off equivalent to the time worked at the rate of time and one-half (1- 1/2) the rate.

HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED.
