Common use of Hepatitis B Vaccine Clause in Contracts

Hepatitis B Vaccine. The Hospital shall provide Hepatitis B 11 vaccine to nurses who request it at no cost to the nurse. Nurses 12 who fall within certain risk groups may be required to obtain a 13 physician's release.
