Hearing Benefit. Plan Design: Effective January 1, 2021-February 28, 2021 or January 1, 2021-January 31, 2021; whichever date is sooner depending on when Medical Mutual can convert to Appendix 9; the Board agrees to provide the medical plan design as included in Appendix 8. Hearing Benefit. The City shall provide, as an addition to the health plan document, a hearing benefit for members covered by the City’s health plan. Both employees and eligible dependents will be covered. (Reference insurance rider).
