Health and Safety Representative Meetings. 56.1 A Health and Safety Representative will be allowed reasonable paid time during working hours to attend to on the job occupational health and safety matters affecting Employees he/she represents providing that the Representative informs their manager and agreement is reached. At all other times the Representative will perform productive work within his/her range of qualifications and competencies. 57 Procedure with Dealing with Safety Issues or Incidents 57.1 This procedure shall be followed in good faith and without unreasonable delay. If an issue is not settled by observance of this procedure, or if the procedure is disregarded by either party, the matter will be dealt with in accordance with clause 10 of this Agreement.
